Challenges
Our client is a leading applicant tracking system. Client needed software that can migrate data from any existing ATS to the client’s database. There are lots of different ATS available that does not have a standard data format. The other challenge was that data types were not matched.
Solution
BrickRed Systems provided a plugin-based architecture and plugins were created for migrating data from different ATS. The benefit of this approach was that the customer can create new plugins if needed later on for new ATS. We also created a tools and logger feature to make sure we are not missing any data
