Upasana Kohli serves as MD & CHRO at BrickRed System. She is a mission-driven change representative with her focus and dedication being driven by her deep commitment towards enhanced employee experience.
She oversees the critical HR functions including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, employee listening and people analytics, employee communications. She is also focused on creating, managing, and growing domestic and international customer relationships and high performing teams.
Prior to joining Brickred System, she has gained ample experience in the IT industry with big giants like HCL Tech and Sapient. She enjoys reading and gardening and is engaged in social, environmental, and animal rights groups.

Shishir Jain brings a

He is one of key transformer whose vision, brilliance and drive has contributed a lot in company’s success. He has 14+ years of industry expertise, with a proven track record of managing large-scale application test automation projects, leading the quality assurance team, and assisting global customers in the domains. In addition to overseeing the continual R&D within the company’s portfolio and client management, Shishir also acts as a spearhead in establishing Test Automation COE.
